Ingredients:
-A sheet of puff pastry
-sugar-cinnamon-banana
(as much you want to do)
- beaten egg to paint
Preparation:
-Cut the pastry into rectangles or squares, depending on the size you want to do cupcakes.
-Cut bananas in long strips, depending a bit on the size of the sheet.
-Wrap pastry in each one or two pieces of banana sprinkled before with some sugar and cinnamon.
-Roll and paint with egg and sprinkle with some sugar.
-Put in a preheated oven at 180 º until golden brown.

Cool cakes remain a very good, because it gives the feeling that instead of banana cream is what is inside and are easy and quick to do.
