Pudding made in pressure cooker.
Ingredients:
- ½ l.
milk - 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar

water Preparation:
Place 4 tablespoons sugar in a bowl, breaking eggs and beat well with a rod. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Reserve.
To make caramel, place 2 tablespoons sugar in a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons water and let it caramelize. Put the caramel in the bottom of a pan and add the mixture you had reserved. Poured a finger of water in the pressure cooker and enter the mold. Cover pan with foil, place the lid of the pot and cook (to 2) for 4 minutes after it starts to release steam.
